Delivery

The Stratas Strategic Planning System is sent via Registered Post (within Australia) generally within 24 hours of receiving your order and payment, and is delivered to the address specified upon placement of the order as the address for delivery. Stratas will deliver as soon as reasonably possible, taking account of the product and the delivery address, but does not make any warranty in this regard and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss you might suffer by reason of any delay in delivery.

Return Policy

A refund of the product purchase price will be given up to 30 days from the date of purchase where the product is proved by you to be defective at the time of sale, or if you are not satisfied with the product. The product must be returned to Stratas in full and in as new condition.
