Stratas Company Overview
The vision of Stratas Group is to deliver to the Australian market the strategic planning tools that give business the confidence to grow. It was this vision that led to the development of the Stratas Strategic Planning System.
When it comes to developing strategy, the answers are nearly always within the business - all that is usually missing is a framework or methodology to get the answers out on the table. The Stratas System is the framework that guides the business through a process to create a strategic plan - and be on the path to grow the business to a new level.
Stratas Group was established in 2009 by Paul Valentine, the current CEO. Paul has had many years experience in senior commercial and strategy roles in Australia and the U.K. as well as several years as a management consultant working with both corporate and small to medium business.
Paul has been a past speaker at CPA Congress on the topic of successful strategic planning.
The Stratas corporate office is in Mount Waverley, Victoria.
